I wanted to extend an invitation to attend the Wilbraham Soccer Board Meeting on Thursday 4/4/24 at 6:30 pm at Fieldcrest Brewery.  We have a tenured board in which many have kids that have aged out of the program.  We are actively looking for five to six new members and would like anyone that has an interest in joining the board to attend.  Our board is comprised of eleven members six of which have no kids in the club anymore and plan on leaving the board.  We will have immediate officer positions available.  This is a great opportunity for anyone with kids or just spare time to give back to the club and help shape the future of the organization for the kids.  I have been on the board for almost ten years, and it’s been a very rewarding experience to give back to the community.  I plan on beginning to transition my role to new leadership and hope to have multiple parties interested in taking over the club.  We will have some elections that evening and hope to be able to answer any questions you may have.  Please let me know if you plan on attending so we can plan the food accordingly.  Thanks, and we hope to see many potential new board members at the upcoming meeting.  You can RSVP directly to me at [email protected].
